With the Sale & Manage programme, you buy and own a tiny house, then lease it to Tiny Away, who manages it for you. You receive a fixed monthly rental income while Tiny Away hosts the guests and maintains the house.
Network figures as at H1 2026
Choose full or partial ownership of a tiny house. We place it in Australia or Europe, based on operational needs.
You buy the house: a caravan that stays your property at all times. Not a share of a fund, nor real estate.
Lease your tiny house to Tiny Away for a 2- or 5-year lease period. Tiny Away hosts the guests and maintains the house at its own expense.
A fixed amount, paid on the 15th of every month as set out in your payment schedule.
We place every tiny house somewhere worth the journey, so city dwellers can reconnect with what matters. Come stay in a tiny house with Tiny Away, or gather with your loved ones for an experiential time at any of our Tiny Away Escapes.

Escapes go a step further: clusters of tiny houses with shared spaces such as pools, campfires, camp kitchens and recreation rooms, and a wider range of experiences on site. Tap a place to watch its video.
Video testimonials from owners on why they joined and what the experience has been like.
“The whole process of purchase was seamless and uncomplicated. Gladys was very helpful and patient in explaining everything I had to know. There was no coercion and I felt very comfortable when I first went to their showroom meeting to find out more. The payouts arrived punctually and consistently every month.”
“Have been with Tinyaway for one year now, and am pleased with the stable progress of a home grown local company. I love the constant engagement and workshops organised. A big shout out to Henry who supported me through this journey and answered all my queries!”
“I’ve been with Big Tiny for just over 2 years. I first met Gladys and she showed me a model of a Big Tiny house in the office and explained to me in great detail of what the journey would entail. Safe to say, it’s been an incredible and comfortable experience so far. I’ve also joined 2 events so far with Big Tiny, and I really appreciate that they have these events for us.”
“Having sat on the fence for 1 year plus monitoring the business, I have gained confidence that this concept and business model is sustainable. Especially seeing them expand and moved their office to a bigger place. Gladys have been most helpful in updating and also ensuring my queries are promptly answered.”
“So far so good, never a late payment and always a surprise nice treat for me on my birthday. The team is very focused on relationship building as we will have invitations from them for events such as food tasting / cafe meetings etc.”
“Every monthly payment has arrived on time since I started. A big thanks to Glady for being so professional and kind. It’s a very reliable program and I definitely recommend it!”
“I am pleased with the steady progress and growth of the brand. Communication with the team has been transparent, with regular updates on occupancy trends, new site developments, and business milestones.”
“We managed to stay on the Lazarus property a couple of months back … the cabin has luxurious fittings with plenty of amenities, it was an amazing home away from home just 20mins away from Sentosa.”
“Thanks for the invite to one of your events recently. It was good to touch base with the Big Tiny staff and better understand the nature of the business in a casual setting.”
“The point of contact has been transparent and company has given regular updates on the Tiny House delivery and rental payment.”
“Easy to understand and the team is always ready to assist if help is needed. My account manager, Gladys, is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She actively updates me with Big Tiny news to keep me in the loop on the latest developments. Amazing service!”
“Seem skeptical at first like many first timers. However the process was seamless and the sales representative Belle is equipped with the relevant knowledge. Got my first pay out this month and happy that I made the decision to join the bandwagon.”
You buy and own a tiny house, then lease it to Tiny Assets Pte. Ltd. (trading as Tiny Away) under the Sale & Manage programme's hire agreement. Tiny Away uses it for short-term stays, maintains it at its own expense, and pays you a fixed monthly rental income for the lease period.
Yes. You purchase and own the tiny house: a caravan. It remains your property at all times; Tiny Away only has the right to possess and use it during the lease period. It is not real estate, nor a share in a fund or in Tiny Away.
Currently, new tiny houses are placed in Australia or Europe, based on operational needs. In Australia, your tiny house may be placed at one of our own Tiny Away Escapes. Tiny Away also hosts stays in other countries, including New Zealand, but tiny houses there are no longer available for purchase. You can see our current stays and listings on tinyaway.com.
You pay for the tiny house, with either full ownership or partial ownership alongside other owners. We share current units and pricing at the showroom.
About 90 days after you sign the agreement, you start receiving a fixed monthly rental income, paid on the 15th of every month (or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday), as set out in the payment schedule of your hire agreement. Tiny Away takes the bookings, hosts the guests, and maintains the house at its own expense, so you do not deal with guests or repairs. Your purchase, monthly rental and buyback are all in Singapore dollars.
It depends on your own circumstances. Singapore’s rules on foreign-sourced income are set by IRAS, so we recommend checking your position with a tax adviser before you buy.
The programme runs for up to 15 years. Your hire agreement covers a lease period of 2 or 5 years, which you choose when you sign. At the end of each lease period, you can renew your lease at no additional cost, up to 15 years in total, or take up the buyback option. We will explain each option clearly at the showroom.
Your lease runs for its full period once it starts. At the end of each 2- or 5-year lease period, you can renew your lease or take up the buyback option, which lets you sell your tiny house to the company at the Sale Price set out in your hire agreement. We go through these terms with you line by line at the showroom.
