Delivery and placement
Transport of the house to its site, placement on a pad, and connection to services. We place each house in Australia or Europe, based on operational needs; in Australia, it may be at one of our own Tiny Away Escapes.
A place in the Tiny Away network
Your house is listed and booked through Tiny Away, which hosts stays in 850+ tiny houses across 17 countries, with guests found and hosted for you.
Maintenance for the length of your lease
Tiny Away maintains your tiny house at its own expense for the lease period, keeping it in good repair (fair wear and tear excepted).
At the end of each lease period
At the end of each 2- or 5-year lease period, you can renew your lease or take up the buyback option, as set out in your agreement. See how the buyback works.
